Our studio is at 85, Chandapura-Anekal Road, in Iggalur Village. That means Anekal, Chandapura, Attibele, Bommasandra, Hebbagodi and Jigani are our home ground. A senior designer can be at your site in 10-20 minutes, and our production factory is closer to you than to any other client in Bangalore. If you live along the Hosur Road corridor, this is the most local interior studio you can hire.

Why local matters on this corridor

Farmhouse and villa interiors need a designer who visits weekly. A weekly senior-designer visit is impossible if the studio is 40 km away. We can do it because we’re 15 minutes from your gate.

Anekal weather is not Koramangala weather. Higher humidity in monsoon, longer dry spells in summer. Timber selection, veneer choice, adhesive spec and even the polish system change accordingly. A studio that’s never worked out here won’t know this.

Local material sourcing. We’ve got direct-to-quarry relationships with stone yards in Bidadi and Kanakapura, wood suppliers in Hosur, hardware dealers on Bommasandra industrial estate. Cost and lead-time advantage that shows up in the final quote.

Timelines for the Hosur Road corridor

A 3 BHK apartment in Bommasandra or Chandapura: 90-100 days. A villa in Attibele or Anekal: 120-160 days depending on scope. Farmhouse work is scoped project-by-project. Because we’re local, revisions and hand-holding through the process are much lower friction than working with a north Bangalore studio.
